4. Our Services & Data Processing

OpenClaw Setup and Managed Services

As part of our services, we set up OpenClaw instances on our clients' infrastructure. Data processed during setup remains on the client's hardware or servers.

Important distinction: StartLobster provides infrastructure and setup. The content, prompts, and data processed through the deployed OpenClaw instance are the responsibility of the client. StartLobster does not have access to client-processed data after setup unless explicitly granted for maintenance under a Managed Care agreement.
