You can absolutely set up OpenClaw yourself — it's open source. But proper security hardening, GDPR compliance, custom integrations, and ongoing maintenance require significant expertise and time. We handle all of that so you can focus on your business.
Where is my data stored?
Either on your own hardware (Mac mini option) or on Hetzner servers in Germany. Your data never leaves the EU. We provide full data processing agreements (AVV) as required by DSGVO.
Is OpenClaw GDPR-compliant?
Yes, when properly set up. We ensure full DSGVO compliance including data residency in the EU, proper access controls, encryption, and we provide all necessary documentation including data processing agreements.
How long does setup take?
Remote VPS setup is typically completed same-day. In-person Mac mini installations are scheduled within 1-2 weeks for the DACH region. Both include 14 days of hypercare afterward.
What's included in Managed Care?

Can I switch from VPS to Mac mini later?
Yes. We can migrate your setup between deployment options. This is especially useful if you start with a VPS and later want iMessage integration via Mac mini.
Do you support Austria and Switzerland too?
Absolutely. We serve the entire DACH region — Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In-person installations are available throughout all three countries.
